We collect the brand name, contact name, email, optional website, selected wall, bid amount, payment identifiers and uploaded artwork required to operate the auction. Alert subscribers provide an email and selected inventory.
Public information
Only approved brand names, artwork, wall location, bid amount, public website and placement status may be shown in the apartment inventory. Personal contact names, emails and PayPal identifiers are never published.
Payments and storage
PayPal processes payments. Brand My Wall does not receive or store full card details. Artwork and apartment evidence are stored to display and administer the campaign.
Use and retention
Information is used for review, payments, refunds, auction alerts, sponsor delivery and legal records. Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of contact information, withdraw optional alerts or ask a privacy question using the public creator contact shown on the site. Financial and fraud-prevention records may be retained when legally required.
